This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his members at the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5 as the petitioner and his family are facing threat to their lives, properties and liberties from their hands with a further prayer to issue directions to take legal action against respondents No. 1 to 3 and to lodge an FIR on the basis of representation given by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur against respondent Nos.4 and 5 but no action has been taken so far. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to consider and decide the representations/complaints dated dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
