3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioner is resident of Himachal Pradesh. He is presently posted in that State only. None of the respondents against whom he has sought relief, reside within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

For the reasons already assigned by this Court in (i) Union of India and others versus Dheeraj Gupta and others, 2010 (3) SCT 570 and (ii) CWP No.24045 of 2012 (Union of India and others versus Ashok Kalra and another) decided on 08.04.2013, we are of the considered view that this Court has got no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition.
