(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.06.2015 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.3 whereby respondent No.5 has been appointed as Administrator of Gram Panchayat Village Darauli, Block and District Rupnagar. Learned counsel for respondents No.6 to 10 states that terms of the Administrator has already expired and respondent No.5 is no more performing the duties of Administrator.
In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous. In case, the new Administrator is appointed, petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the fresh order. (Paramjeet Singh Dhaliwal) Judge May 17, 2016 R.S.
