(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 31.01.2017, passed by the learned Family Court, Karnal, whereby in an application filed by the petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C., interim maintenance of Rs.5000/- each per month was awarded to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the parties submit that now the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. itself stands decided by the learned Family Court, Karnal and thus, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
