Mr. Sumeet Puri, Advocate for the petitioners. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are accused in FIR No.71 dated 03.05.2019 under Sections 353 and 186 IPC registered at Police Station Dhanaula, Barnala, District Barnala. He also contends that the petitioners are 17 years of age and have preferred an application for anticipatory bail before the Juvenile Justice Board, Barnala on 05.05.2019 but no order has been passed thereon till date. He also contends that he is confining his prayer in this petition to a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board to decide the application of the petitioners in accordance with law.

Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Barnala to decide the application of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
