The present petition was filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus.

Mr. Aditya Sharda, Advocate has put in appearance and filed his Power of Attorney on behalf of respondent No. 4 in Court today, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for respondent No.4 are ad idem that the custody of two minor children has been handed over to the petitioner, therefore, prayer made in the present petition does not survive.
