The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.246 dated 19.12.2019 registered under Sections 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, at Police Station West Sector 11, District Chandigarh (Annexure P-2).

During the course of hearing, it has transpired that though the charge has been framed but the prosecution evidence is yet to start.
