(ORAL) The petitioner - Convict has filed the present petition challenging the order dated 29.01.2021 (Annexure P-1), whereby his prayer for grant of parole on account of repair of house has been dismissed by the Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad.

At the time of hearing, upon knowing that another application vide order of even date seeking parole for the marriage of Bhanja of the petitioner, based on the identical reasoning, stood rejected and upheld by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2021 passed in CRWP No. 1248 of 2021, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
