Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably resolved during the pendency of this petition. The parties decided to part ways. A petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed. Their statements at first motion in the said proceedings have been recorded.

Photocopy of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 21.12.2017 has been placed on record in connected petition i.e., CRM No.M-38773 of 2016. In view of the settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
