Petitioner has preferred this writ petition with a prayer that he may be paid reasonable interest on the delayed payment of arrears of retrial dues. According to him, petitioner served a legal notice, Annexure P4 on the respondents. However, no response has been received.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case legal notice, Annexure P4 has been received in the office of respondent no. 2, he may take appropriate decision thereon.
