(Oral) The present revision petition is against order 06.02.2017 passed by learned District Judge Family Court, Rohtak Learned counsel for the parties submits that during the pendency of the petition, parties have mediated with Ms. Aarti Gupta, Mediator and the matter stands compromised between the parties on 30.05.2017, which has been reduced into writing as well. The settlement deed dated 30.05.2017 is taken on record as Anexure A-1. As the matter stands compromised between the parties, the present revision petition is disposed of and parties are bound by the terms of the compromise dated 30.05.2017.
