Prayer in the instant petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner, from one Shahzad Bhatti, who is a Pakistani gangster and Dalbir Singh @ Bhola Pehalwan, who is also a gangster and have threatened to kill the petitioner and his family.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner, who is a social media influencer, is having threat at the hands of aforesaid Shahzad Bhatti and Dalbir Singh @ Bhola Pehalwan. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.2 and he would be satisfied if the aforesaid representation is decided. Notice of motion.

CRWP-4913-2025 Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab accepts notice and submitted that she has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) is directed to be decided.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Director General of Police, Punjab to look into the aforesaid representation at the earliest and to take appropriate action, if any required.
