Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners contends that inadvertently, certain documents could not be attached along with the present petition and certain relevant facts have been missed in the petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition and Civil Misc. No.6944-CWP of 2016 with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing the complete documents and better particulars.
