This is a writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.04.2016 (Annexure P-19) vide which the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 22 of the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 has been dismissed. 2.

No one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 27.04.2023. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
