This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to register an FIR against respondents No.5 and 6 for offences punishable under Sections 318(4) BNS (Cheating), 316 BNS (Criminal Breach of Trust), 351 BNS (Criminal Intimidation) and Section 3(5) BNS (Common Intention), corresponding to erstwhile Sections 420, 406, 506 and 34 IPC with a further prayer seeking directions for registration of FIR against respondents No.6 and 7 for offences punishable under Sections 296 BNS (Obscene Acts), 109 BNS (Attempt to Murder), 118(1) BNS (Voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means) and 333 BNS (House Trespass), corresponding to erstwhile Sections 294, 307, 324 and 452 IPC, and for taking appropriate legal action RENU RAWAT 2026.05.08 16.12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-26010-2026 against the accused persons on the basis of representations dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) and 23.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted to the police authorities, as the alleged offences are cognizable in nature. 3.

Mr. Rajesh K. Sheoran, Addl. P.P., U.T., Chandigarh, along with Mr. Hardeep Singh Poonia, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. He submits that the grievance of the petitioners is being redressed and proceedings have already been initiated against respondent No.6, namely Sumit Goel, and necessary action is being taken. 5.

I have heard the submissions made by ld. counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In view of the statement made by ld. State counsel, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accoridnglt, this petition stands disposed of.
