In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the land belonging to the gram panchayat is likely to be misused by respondents No.6 to 12, hence, an appropriate direction be given so that, respondents No.6 to 12 are not able to take the forcible possession of the common panchayat land of the village in question. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance, which has been raised by the petitioner in the present petition, has already been raised in the representations dated 20.05.2024 (Annexure P-2) as well as vide Annexure P-4, copies of which have been appended in the writ petition and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case, a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the representation dated 20.05.2024 (Annexure P-2) by passing an appropriate speaking order.
