Mr. Rajesh Khandelwal, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was appointed as Staff Nurse on 23.07.2010 on contract basis up to 31.3.2011. Thereafter, her appointment was extended. After 19.04.2016, she was not allowed to continue on the above-said post pursuant to a sanctioned letter issued on 12.04.2013 (Annexure P-4). The petitioner served for almost four years. During this period one complaint (Annexure P-6) was filed by one Mahender Kumar and subsequently he withdrew the said complaint. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, going through the record, at this stage, the present petition is disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to look into the contents of the present petition as a representation and consider the case of the petitioner to continue as Staff Nurse keeping in view that she could not be replaced by any other set of contractual employee unless and until her work and conduct is found to be unsatisfactory.
