Vide this common order and judgment, above-mentioned three cases are being disposed of since issues and facts raised therein are common. For brevity recitals are taken from RSA-3186-2005. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 in RSA-3186-2005states that per his instructions parties have amicably settled their dispute and have also executed compromise deed dated 02.12.2021, copy of which has been tendered in course of hearing today which is taken on record as Annexure-A copy of the same be supplied to learned counsel for appellants. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication before this Court. The appeal as well as the writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
