The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of occupation certificate dated 17.11.2014 (Annexure P-19) issued by respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently, certain documents have not been appended with the writ petition and even one of the petitioners has also been missed to be impleaded as necessary party. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition as well as the miscellaneous application, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects regarding the particulars as well as by impleading the proper parties. 3.
