The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking the indulgence of regular bail, to the petitioner. 2.

In FIR bearing No. 667 of 13.9.2020, registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal, District Karnal, offences constituted under Sections 420, 406, 370, 506, 384 of the IPC (Sections 370, and, 384 IPC were added later on), and, under Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983, are embodied. 3.

Since this Court, through an order made on 11.7.2022, upon CRM-M-28997-2022, to which Annexure P-4 is assigned, had accorded the indulgence of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner thereins, and, also when the counsels appearing for the present bail petitioner, and, respondent No. 2 submit(s), that a compromise, as carried in Annexure P-1, as appended to the petition, has occurred amongst the concerned, therefore, this Court becomes GURPREET SINGH 2022.07.26 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh constrained to admit the present petitioner to regular bail.

CRM-M No. 31095 of 2022 -24.

Consequently, the instant petition is allowed, and, the petitionerbail applicant is ordered to be released from judicial custody, if not required in any other case. However, the granting of bail to the bail applicant-petitioner, is subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each, before the learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned, and, also subject to his not tampering with prosecution evidence, and, his not influencing prosecution witnesses, and, besides also his appearing before the trial Court concerned, as and when directed to make his personal appearance.
