(ORAL) This revision petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 21.04.2017 vide which the application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for interim maintenance has been dismissed. This revision was filed as far back as 12.05.2017, almost a year ago. However, no one put in an appearance on that date. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned on six different occasions. On 12.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 06.03.2018, on which date a request was made by proxy counsel for the petitioner for last opportunity to be given to argue the matter and the case was adjourned to 02.05.2018. Today, the matter has been called twice and no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to argue the matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
