CRR-F-202-2017 Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 11.01.2017 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

A bare perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitionerwife was awarded maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month from the date of filing of the petition by taking into account that the respondent is earning Rs.7500/- per month by taking him to be of an unskilled labourer. The impugned order has been passed after appreciating the evidence on record and does not require any interference by this Court. Dismissed.
