PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter/demand notice dated 15.07.2014 (Annexure P-1) demanding payment of final cost of the flats in the scheme known as "Super Deluxe Flats" of five categories at Sector 79, SAS Nagar, Mohali. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 states that there is an arbitration clause in the brochure as well as in the allotment letter and the petitioner has remedy to invoke the arbitration clause. In view of above, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to invoke the arbitration clause, which shall be decided by the Arbitrator preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of application before it.
