She alleges that despite an eviction order has been passed against them in respect of land measuring 0K-19M bearing Khasra No.117 which is shamlat deh and vests in Gram Panchayat, the private-respondents have started raising fresh construction at the site. The petitioner has further averred that earlier possession was taken through warrants of possession but the private-respondents have illegally re-possessed the land. The petitioner, in this regard, has made complainants to various authorities including dated 12.05.2016 (P-6 colly.). CWP No.11840 of 2016 [2] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought in this writ petition, however without expressing any views on merits of the allegations as we have not heard the private-respondents or the Gram Panchayat at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner and District Development and Panchayat Officer, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, to ascertain the correct facts and take remedial steps in accordance with law and principles of natural justice, as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.

Ordered accordingly.
