CRM-35325-2021 Though this is an application seeking advancement of the date of hearing in the accompanying petition, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner submits that as a matter of fact in view of the compromise reached between the parties (as referred to in the application itself), the petitioner does not wish to pursue the accompanying petition, which is one by which he seeks to be admitted to bail, with liberty to file a fresh petition also seeking the same concession but on the basis of the compromise stated to have been reached between the parties and after impleading the complainant/affected persons in the FIR.
