Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0085 dated 19.03.2019 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City, Barnala. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

The perusal of the record shows that FIR in this case has been registered against present petitioner and other accused on the ground that they have committed fraud by taking money and not sending the complainant abroad. As per the FIR, the cheque was given by the accused, which was dishonoured. The present petitioner entered into a compromise to pay money through installments but he has not paid money except one installment.

CRM No.M-27015 of 2019 -2and in view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I find that no ground is made out for granting benefit of anticipatory bail to him. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
