(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1 submit that the entire dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court in the proceedings arising out of CRM-M-43457 of 2017. Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.03.2018 is attached with the file of CRM-M-43457 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court, submits that in view of the compromise he does not press this petition.
