(ORAL) CRM No.33115 of 2019 Prayer in the application is for modification of order dated 08.07.2019 to the extent that petitioners herein may also be granted interim bail under Section 6, 17 of the POCSO Act and Section 376 IPC which were added later on.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and order dated 08.07.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioners are allowed interim bail under Sections 6, 17 of the POCSO Act and Section 376 IPC.

The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 09.05.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (Section 376 IPC and Sections 7 & 12 of the POCSO Act) at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District

CRM-M No.26900 of 2019 (O&M) -2Ferozepur.

By an order dated 08.07.2019, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would contend that pursuant to order dated 08.07.2019, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from H.C. Gurdarshan Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 08.07.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
