(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the total land leased out to the petitioner was 4 Acre 3 Kanal 6 Marla, however, the petitioner was not handed over possession of the entire land. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner would be satisfied if proportionate amount qua the undelivered land is returned to him. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.6 states that the petitioner has already been called upon to collect the said amount. 3.
