Petition qua petitioner No.2 already dismissed for having been withdrawn vide the order dated 25.08.2022. Mr. Kunwarbir Singh, AAG, Punjab for the respondent-State.

(ORAL) The petitioners herein sought the relief of anticipatory/pre- -arrest bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.15 dated 22.03.2022 registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, under Sections 323, 326, 506 read with Section 34 IPC. It is worth-while to mention here that vide the order dated 25.08.2022, the present petition had partly been dismissed qua petitioner No.2, for having been withdrawn.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Jagir Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by this Court, petitioner No.1 has joined in the investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required and moreover, she is also not involved in any other criminal case NEETU RANI 2022.10.12 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, Chd

In view of the afore-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is partly allowed qua petitioner No.1 named Rajinder Kaur and the relief of interim bail, as extended to her (petitioner No.1) by this Court vide the said order dated 20.07.2022, is hereby made absolute.

However, petitioner No.1 shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
