This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 4 to get land registered in the name of the petitioner, which is situated in Revenue Village Safidon, District Jind, Haryana.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition by submitting that the prayer made in the Writ Petition already stands granted, as the sale deed has been executed by the Revenue Authorities.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
