The petitioner has challenged the award dated 03.01.2012 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak, by which the respondent no.1-workman has been held entitled to reinstatement with continuity of service and 50% back wages from the date of demand notice. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the only issue in this case is with regard to payment of back wages, otherwise the respondent no.1-workman has already been taken back into service. Although he has argued vehemently that respondent no.1workman is not entitled to the back wages, which has been restricted upto 50% by the Labour Court, but has failed to assign any reason for taking a contrary view nor any precedent has been cited at the time of hearing. In view thereof, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition and hence, the same is hereby dismissed. July 31, 2015 (Rakesh Kumar Jain) vinod* Judge
