***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release subsidy in accordance with Policy, Annexure P-1 and Rules Annexure P-2.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that, in case, representation of the petitioner has not been considered till now in light of aforesaid policy and judgment rendered by this court, fresh decision shall be taken by the competent authority at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
