At the asking of the Court, Mr.Pankaj Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. He states that the petitioner has a remedy of filing reply to the show cause notice and that no coercive steps will be taken before considering the reply of the petitioner and passing final order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall furnish the reply to the show cause notice within a period of 3 days from today.
