This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the final result dated 03.09.2020 qua BCA category announced by respondent No.2-Haryana Staff Selection Commission with respect to a competitive examination held for direct recruitment of 4858 posts of Clerks (Group "C") in various Departments/Boards/Corporations in the State of Haryana. The writ petitioner claims that his name has been wrongly omitted from the list of the selected candidates.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has put in appearance pursuant to the service of an advance copy of the writ petition, has submitted that since the claim of the writ petitioner cannot be decided without examining the record, therefore, respondent No.2 be DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2020.09.25 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document kindly permitted to decide the representation of the writ petitioner dated

Civil Writ Petition No. 15234 of 2020 15.09.2020 (Annexure P12).

Mr. Chaudhary has no objection to the proposal made by Mr.Sagar.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2, through its Secretary, to deiced the representation dated 15.09.2020 (Annexure P12) by passing a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner through video conferencing.
