The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-2), whereby the evidence of the defence witnesses of the petitioners was ordered to be closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition on account of certain technical defects, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 4.
