(Oral) After hearing the counsel for the parties, considering the fact that out of 21 PWs, 08 PWs have been examined, counsel for the petitioner submits that looking into the custody of the petitioner, which is 02 years, 09 months and 25 days, the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
