However, despite second call neither petitioner nor her counsel put in appearance nor costs of `5,000/-, imposed vide order dated 10.12.2013, have been deposited.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with costs of `10,000/- in addition to the costs of `5,000/- already imposed. The total costs of `15,000/- shall be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority, Punjab within a period of two months.
