This petition has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS (earlier section 482 of CR.P.C.) for issuance of directions to the officials respondents no. 2 to 4 for investigation and to register an FIR under appropriate sections of BNS against accused persons, keeping in view the Judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in "Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. and Others" in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 68 of 2008 decided on 12.11.2013, as the accused persons l.e., respondent no. 6 to 8 in connivance with each other by hatching a criminal conspiracy, forgery, fraud and by preparing fake documents, for selling my son's car number HR-07R-7957 to someone else illegally with a further prayer that respondents no. 2 to 4 may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) RENU RAWAT 2026.05.11 18.00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, Haryana to look into his representation dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jangra, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, Haryana to consider and decide the representation dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
