(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani whereby interim maintenance had been allowed and the petitioner herein had been directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- per month to the respondent. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner herein contends that the Family Court, Bhiwani has finally assessed the maintenance by order dated 10.07.2018 and therefore, he does not press the instant petition since the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as not pressed.
