[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 271, dated 26.09.2020, under Section 307 IPC and Section 25 (1) (1-B) (a) and 27(1) of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Industrial Sector-7, IMT Manesar, District Gurugram. [3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn the present petition. [4] The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
