Perusal of the FIR shows that the petitioners Parvesh Deep Singh and Robin Singh were named and shown to have been armed with daangs (Bamboo Stick)whereas the other accused/petitioner Sajan Singh was empty handed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.
