(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from Meena Programme Officer, Ms. Ruchi Sekri, Advocate submits that State Appellate Authority under PNDT Act has taken cognizance of the pending appeal today itself by issuing notice in the appeal as well as in the application for interim stay.
