By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to cancel the security license of respondents No.3 and 4. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the State. 3.

Upon instructions from Mr. Prashant Kumar, Head Constable, office of the Director General of Police, Haryana, Police Headquarter, Panchkula, State counsel submits that the complaint submitted by the petitioner has been inquired into. It was found that respondents No.3 and 4, have terminated the service of respondent No.5, and other security guards.
