(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the notice of motion was issued, the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in the present writ petition, has been redressed by the respondents, inasmuch, as the petitioner has been exempted from the examination duty of Centre Superintendent from Government College, Gharaunda, which is evident from the letter daed 19.07.2022, issued by the respondent University, a copy of which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further grievance of the petitioner survives and the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed.

Ordered accordingly.
