(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 26.11.2014 whereby learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panipat in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., had granted meagre amount of Rs.3,000/- p.m. as maintenance to petitioner No. 1 and Rs.2,500/- p.m. each to petitioners No. 2 and 3; and order dated 26.03.2018 whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat had dismissed the appeal filed against the order dated 26.11.2014.

The present revision pertains to the year 2018. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has not yet been issued in the present matter; and the matter was adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioners on 02.11.2018, 26.03.2019, 24.02.2020 and 16.08.2023.
