State of Haryana and Others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Ish Puneet Singh,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner-Harmesh Singh has filed this writ seeking quashing of order dated 8.3.2013(P-3) passed by Collector Sirsa as also the order dated 16.4.2015(P-4) passed by Commissioner,Hisar Division,Hisar whereby on the application filed by Municipal Committee, Rania under Sections 4,5 and 7 of the Haryana Public Premises and Land Eviction and Rent Recovery Act,1972 petitioner was ordered to be evicted from Shop No.1,Municipal Committee Rania and the appeal filed by him against his ejection was dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition due to certain typographical mistakes with liberty to file a correct one.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 02.07.2015.
