**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.PC r/w Section 482 Cr.PC for transfer of case bearing No.CHI/10561/2021 titled as State of Punjab vs. Bharpur Singh and others having FIR No.280 dated 17.08.2021 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 447 and 201 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the son of respondent No.6 Bal Krishan Puri is a practicing lawyer in Patiala, petitioner is apprehensive that he would not get justice and his case would not be effectively argued before the Court below.

Heard learned counsel and perused the relevant material available on record.
