This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0438 dated 27.5.2019 under Section 3/13 (1), 8/13(3) of The Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is a case in which 100 kg beef along with knife, axe, weighing scale etc. were recovered by the police. Moreover, the petitioner has fled away from the scene of occurrence.

No ground for anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
