This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0188 dated 17.5.2019 under Sections 186, 332, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13(3) of The Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is a case in which 60-62 kg beef along with knife, axe, weighing scale etc. were recovered by the police. Moreover, the petitioner has interrupted the police officials from discharging of public duty as his wife, mother and father indulged in pelting stones on the police party which helped in rescuing the petitioner.

No ground for anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
